- Location is perfect. Close to everything, but just far enough away to not be surrounded by the noise and chaos. Location is the border of town with the jungle. Great restaurants, ATMs, laundry etc all within walking distance. - Motorbike rental from the hotel is a great price for quality bikes with no haggling involved. - The pool is 👌 - The hotel is very clean and peaceful with very helpful and friendly staff

I had a very pleasant stay in Ratana Hill Patong. The hotel is 10-20 mins away on a motorbike from all the happening places in Patong while also being located in a calm and peaceful area. The hotel staff is excellent and friendly. They also prepared delicious Thai food for breakfast and excellent cocktails. The owner Franck is ever so available and helpful and just a fun guy to speak with. My room was well maintained and clean. Overall, excellent stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Phuket.

The room was spacious. The mattress was comfortable. The balcony was spacious and beautiful. The staffy was super kind. We rented a good motorbike from them. Kenny was super kind. Everyone there was kind. The food was delicious. We only ate lunch, Thai dishes.

We had a fantastic 20-day stay at this hotel. Frank and the staff were incredibly kind and always available to help with anything I needed. The service was excellent, and we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. The atmosphere is friendly, and the team goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

Amazing wew from balcony. The possibility of renting of motobike. Taxi servis directly at the hotel. Nice special taxi car. Quite place next to forest.
